Good fem harmonized singing, cleanly recorded acoustic guitar mandolin etc, café music. Mostly originals, all members write. Some tracks could be country/bluegrass, some could be folk, might as well file it in general. 1.slow, pretty, feminine unity 2.Cool traditional sailor song +3. quiet low drumming (bodhran), 1st verse solo voice then trio 4.country Canada style, on the farm, more instruments at end +5. About various lonely archetypes, yet upbeat. Reminds me of Roches 6.too much pretty, sentiment rings hollow +7. Simple, folky, nice harmonies. I like the Neil Young original too 8.rather pretty accept-my-lot song 9.pretty hesitant love long, doesn’t quite do it for me +10.gutsier love/lust song. 11slow careful music, sad, nicely done. a cover. 12.pretty good energy, lilting ¾ time +13.acapella folk tune somewhere between lullaby and drinking song | ||
