Oh Raul, when this music plays and you take me in your arms, I become a slave to your passion. It makes me forget my promises to Eduardo and my duties to the little ones. The heirs to the late great Piazzzolla are taking the tango into new and delicious directions, from the traditional to the outré. Great stuff all, especially:

1. Much too short w/great growling vocals.
2. Bright accordion, great female voice. Light & swaying.
3. Rich fem voice, warm strings, chorus. Midtempo.
4. A slow, passionate blend of spoken word, strings, fem vox.
6. Raw male vox in darkly passionate tango. Very cool.
8. Jazz instrumental w/great perc, piano, strings.
12. Slow & introspective w/great bandoneon & strings.
13. Gorgeous honey-rich fem voice, cello. Slow & classic.
14. Fun and bouncy with a quirky café sound. Yay.
15. Upbeat mix of voices, strings, perc. La, la, la.
16. Slow, elegant, sophisticated. Beautifully played.
17. Seriously cool jazz jam. Great piano, bass, bandoneon, perc.
18. A sexy urban club sound. Not for purists, but interesting.
