Dub Trio is a dub trio from NYC. Began playing anonymously, eventualy this description stuck. Real time dubbing, not studio wankery. Medeski Martin & Wood meets King Tubby. Very good and taasty. Last 3 are live. 1)skanky reggae, slightly dubby, squeaky keys 4:10 2)* rock w/soundscapes & fast drums like Tabla Beat Science's Devotional Dub 5:44 3) tradional styly, last minute slows and changes 6:20 4)* space sounds, dub bass, rock/jazz drums, SICK 6:12 5) fast for 15sec/low deep groove 6:14 6) snappy but fairly calm 5:14 7)* reggae melodic starts/soundscape dub 5:40 8) fast riff, jam on 4 10:31 | ||
