Friends Forever/Gang W

“Split” CD, first ten tracks Friends Forever: Strange noisy mix of analog synths, electro, noise rock and power electronics. Definitely drug induced 4-track mania, with a dash of anti-folk to boot. Gang Wizard: harsh noise, low fi noise rock w/ screamo vocs, heavy treatments, real drums. Ouch.

1) tribal beat w/ analog syunths, instrumental
2) anti-folk: “acid flashbacks”- very brief
3) dark spooky synths, ends quiet
4) harsh noise, synth drums, guitar, Wolf Eyes, Metalux, fairly short
5) anti-folky, simple low fi: “outer space” theme
6) spacey simple 4 track style instrumental, grows loud after 4:00 then bashing occurs, ends cold cuz it leads into following (play together)
7) harsh full on power noise bashout
8) strange silly synth noise pop turns cool noise rock
9) efx riddled sounds and buried vocs, collage-like
10) brief electronics
11) beautiful harsh layered drone noise, w/ low end, buried “vocs”, screams, live recording
12) low fi noise rock, ghetto blaster drums, noodly bass and guitar, screaming “vocs” appear
13) FCCs- guitar based noise feedback, voc screaming harsh (FCCs are so low-fi that this would pass in safe harbor)
