It’s only March and Victory is ALREADY hyping this as “Hardcore Album of The Year”. They’re pretty far from the truth. Pretty good but often formulatic, melodic hardcore. Lots of sing-along parts, big choruses.
(((1))) Pretty good melodic h.c. but mostly sounds like they’re overdoing it.
(((2))) More of the same style but faster tempo.
((((3)))) More melodic & lot more catchy h.c. - nice riffs & vocals.
(((4))) Driving, hard strumming guitars, repetitive as hell but OK
((((5)))) Kinda intense fast h.c. with nice East Coast like breakdowns
((6)) Mid-paced formulatic, getting kinda generic.
(((7))) Fast, old-styled East Coast h.c.
((8)) Lots of drums, stop & starts, gang choruses
((9)) Fast, mid-paced h.c. again getting too much like the previous 3-4 songs.
((10)) The poppiest tune on the album, kinda like Dag Nasty but more less inspired.
((11)) Thudding, lots of chorus, and not much else
