It’s Mariachi music that’s a bit more “symphonic” than you might expect. Lots of violins, plus the requisite guitars, horns, and vocals. It’s very polished, which isn’t bad, but it is different from the feisty, energetic, more folksy mariachi you may have heard, and which I prefer. This is concert mariachi. You know the mariachi sound, so I won’t describe each track…merely suggest the following:

2. Starts slow, then a “train”, then slow then lively. Busy & good.
3. Slow w/soaring vox. Nicely moving w/a good arrangement.
5. A capella intro, lush strings, romantic. Then it gets bouncy.
8. Romantic, slow, warm vox/strings. Really nice.
9. 8 minute suite of varying tempos, moods.
