Album Review
The Bawd Of Euphony
Reviewed 2005-07-29
RADAR BROS. • FALLEN LEAF PAGES (merge)
The 4th Radar Bros. Record is by far my favorite of theirs. Think Obsured by Clouds era Pink Floyd, meets the modern pop mastery of Grandaddy. This record has beautiful arrangements, upbeat and delicate, yet really energetic and rocking as well. Amazing vocal work and harmonies have you humming along with almost every track on this record. Play this as much as possible!
- tHE bAWD oF euphony

1 (1:07) Guitar and vocals with lead guitar melody. Quick intro to next song
2* (3:00) Piano and drums start, drop beat and Roger Waters vocals.
3** (4:42) One of my favs. Moody but upbeat with a great drop groove and Mariner-esque guitar line. Cool whistling and great string arrangmnets. Very Floyd.
4** (3:22) 4/4 groove, great vocals and synth swell. Love the chorus. Simple and beautiful
5* (3:40) sleighbells, piano lead this slower song. Great great vocals and guitar leads. Holy Pink Floyd Batman!
6* (3:12) verby guitar and groovin’ drums. Cool vocals again.
7* (3:00) Moodier, string and bass driven. Great guitar and piano lines. Spacey
8** (3:21) Another Fav of mine. Moody guitar line, slow beat. Unbelievably catchy chorus. I dare you not to get this song in your head!
9* (3:35) Upbeat groove, great vocals and sounds.
10* (3:17) Lennon-esque piano and bass line. Great lyrics
11** (5:14) Kind of a ballad, strings lead with acoustic guitar. Great lead guitar lines. Beautiful vocals. Man these guys are masters.
12** (4:10) Another fav. Great distorted guitar line builds throughout this whole song. Vocal harmonies are off the hook.
13** (3:36) This one makes me feel good. Upbeat, swirly guitars, warm vocals, take me now!
