Awesome, big, heavy (not metal) rock. Arista Strungys vocals are like a possessed version of Kat from Babes In Toyland. Lots of huge sounding bass & drums ‘ala Jesus Lizard or Shellac.
((((1)))) Lots of spoken vocals & cymbals punctuated with giant riffs & big ‘ol beats. Heavy!
(((2))) Kinda Jesus Lizard crossed with Rapeman sound. Driving bass lines, intense vocals.
((((3)))) Tweaky guitar lines, awesome stop/starts, snarling vocals.
((((4))))) Fast-ish & thudding drums like the ghost of John Bonham or at least Rey Washam.
((((5)))) Minimal riffage - every word sung is totally intensified. Weird but nice.
(((((6))))) Vicious! Mix of: Slug (the LA noise rock band), Big Black & Babes In Toyland.
((((7)))) Similar riffing to Jesus Lizard’s “Mouthbreather” and just as catchy, off-kilter yet simply structured.
((((8))))) Very big. angular, very 90’s sounding. Super catchy.
(((9))) Sharply tuned guitar, fuzzed, rumbling bass, feedback & more stop-starts.
((((10))))) Noodly riff, led by the bass & killer heavy yet funky beat. (FCC “Fuckin win”)
((11)) Driving but too obsessed with the feedback & kinda directionless.
(((12))) Guitar slides from hell all roped along with the 4 nice note beat.
(((13))) Slow, Unsane-like boiler with thundering bass, pummelling beats & slow, simple chords.
