Maybe you can call this “chamber carnival” or “chamber avante-DIY”. “Toypop” appears to be the moniker this outfit has taken for over 20 years. All instrumental pieces that utilize piano and a plethora of toy instruments, giving this an overall childlike/naive quality to what is really pretty complex stuff. Birdsongs of the Mesozoic come to mind as well as The Residents, Dr. Seuss.
