Local guitarist who's played with the likes of Graham Connah. Old style bebop, mostly fast with a loungy retro feel. That's partly due to the compositions, which are covers of some jazz oldies (Cedar Walton and Frank Foster, e.g.)

A very mainstream feel here, with solos that show some nice exploration and a lush feel for harmony. Candelaria's trio band has a more modern, progressive sound, but still within the jazz tradition; this is his chance to show some respect and some chops when it comes to the old stuff, and he acquits himself nicely.

1- Bright mainstream bop. Upbeat cocktail music
2- Mid/fast. Swaying, mellow swing.
3- Slow feel but bright. Thoughtful.
4- Fast
5- Mid/fast bossa nova'ish.
6- Mid/fast Mingus tune, quirkly theme
7- Funky, a bit. Dense and fairly fast.
