OTR hail from Anacortes Washington. They are back with a new lineup spurting their Captain Beefheart inspired fever songs mixed with a Gang of Four style dance groove feel embedded with the blues of Howling Wolf. Songs are a little more subdued than in the past but still emotive, raw and powerful. Dissonant jangly guitars, dark and spooky. Imagine a Southern Baptist minister singing on LSD!
