ACSS delivers its 5th multi-cultural soundtrack. Once again a blend of studio production and indigenous instruments ranging from African koras to Irish flutes to Greek bouzoukis, mostly backed by mucho electronica/beats. Iarla O’Lionaird handles vocals with various guest stars adding to the mix. Good stuff.

*1. Starts slowish, gets into a driving beat. Great fem vox. Way cool.
*2. Relaxed groove w/a touch of funk. Good vocal duet.
*3. 10-min epic. Starts slow, gets fast. Great pipes/whistle/perc. Yow!
4. Sweet Afro-centric track w/good kora work. Down/midtempo.
5. Relaxed ballad w/programming, whistling, English vocals.
6. Pipes/fiddles/keyboards/programming. Fast, catchy dance groove.
7. Sweet & warm mid/uptempo vocal duet.
*8. Symphonic programming into wicked fast dance morph.
9. Low-key vocal-driven intro then another fast dance flail.
