The match made in heaven returns for a follow up record to last years. More of Jello’s smart lyrics and inimitable style and Melvin’s version of hardcore metalisms (sans sludge, this shit tears you a new asshole). Its hard to not direct you straight to the updated version of California Uber Alles (“Kali-fornia Uber Alles”). Gone are the dated Jerry Brown references, replaced by Governator and Homeland Security. The track that follows is produced by expermimental hip-hopster Dalek and it shows. If you have any doubts just go there instead. This is some seriously sick stuff.

1) lots of “parts”, changes, exploiting lots of “epic rock” chordisms and riffs, a near rock opera worthy of its originator, one mr Alice Cooper
2) unrepentant hardcore heavy rock, chugging away and taking no prisoners, last 5 minutes is just a full on jam
3) FCC: wall of sound about having fucked up parents then fucking up yourself, the single “fuck-up” is easily editable if you follow the lyric sheet
4) DKs pace and feel, ironic song about punk re-unions, revivalism and the DK’s touring with a different singer
5) song about photoshopping and how the media can fake any image, anything
6) brief hard rocker
7) Updated version of California Uber Alles, Schwarzenegger refs, live and all, kicks some serious ass
8) Wow! Dalek’s production smears this one with KY and fucks you with it slowly but quite effectively
9) Al Jourgenson produces this one that has a surprisingly refreshing pop feel and for the first time the vocals are really audible
10) 70’s cock rock riffage, good lyrics about religious martyrs from Ashcroft to Al Qaida to Japanese subway gassers
