Swedish death metal veterans making an awesome slaughter on their fast songs and doing little of interest on the slow songs. New drummer Horgh (ex-Immortal) is a great addition. Overall, not bad but should’ve been scaled down to an EP of just fast songs.
1) Standard, pointless intro
(((((2))))) Really awesome, blazing & intense but melodic death metal.
((((3)))) Big & moshin’ speed metal with good groove ‘ala old stuff from The Haunted.
((4)) Deadly boring “melo-death”, too much In Flames 2003 and not enough Entombed 1992.
(((((5))))) Ultra-slamming & bruuuutal speed metal attack. Horgh goes apeshit on the double bass. Hell yeah! (FCC “Fuck” sung twice).

((6)) Thudding, stinker with clunky choruses & over-reliance on pinch harmonics
(7) Bombastic boredom. What is this? Death metal power ballads? Ugh!
((8)) Some rad drum rolls by Horgh but past that it’s boredom city.
(((9))) Pretty tight, fast circular death/speed metal with clichéd, lunkhead lyrics. (FCC “fucking” sung once)
((10)) Decent groove but has the rancid stench of 99.9% of melodic death metal that’s clogging up “the market”.
(11) What’s Peter Tagtgren’s smoking? This is prog-goth-metal? Fails at all 3.
