Contemporary bop with a soft nighttime feel, borrowing heavily from '60s sounds. Frequently mellow, even on the faster tracks, with that cushioned club-bop sound. Pelt leads on trumpet with some nice solos; heavy use of vibes adds to the gentle atmosphere. Pelt also tosses in some unusual effects here and there (5,9).

- Mid/fast bop
- Very soft, midtempo
- Mid/fast
- Brisk, fast, w/funky-retro electric piano
- Very slow, w/retro-spacey effects
- Soft shuffle
- Fast bop exercise; crazy trumpet/vibes solos
- Gentle, slow
- Cool mystery riff, WAY-out-there group improv! whoa!
- Soft, slow, relaxing
