Free improv with bass, sax, drums. A darker, menacing feel, due a lot to Simon Rose's slashing saxophone, even though many tracks are quiet and patient. Long, long near-silences make some tracks (2,4) difficult for radio, but 5 and 7 are fierce and blazing.

- A slow, active rumble
- Quiet, with cool rattling sound. Ends with long near-silence.
- Fast, with clattery percussion at start
- Slow, surging waves, into VERY quiet, long passage.
- Fast loud blowout with vicious screeching sax.
- A cold-fire urgency; fast after a quiet start. Wailing sax solo later on. Long quiet ending.
- Bluesy, almost. Overblown sax and slow bass/drums.
- Solo sax, gutteral. Gets fast and squeaky before bass/drums kick in. Dark feel overall.
