Accessible jazz in the cooled-down "West Coast" style. It's got some offbeat ideas in the composing, but when they get into the solos, you're transported to a 1950s big-city jazz club. Led by trumpeter McNeil, with baritone sax, bass, drums. The baritone sax gives it a burly feel, but the sound can be pretty too, on the slower tracks.

- Burly, a bit suspenseful, mid/fast with pauses.
- Easygoing, mellow
- Midtempo, easy. Warm retro sound
- Rapid
- Duet of vibrating sounds, kinda out-there
- Soft swing and fast-patter bop, w/untethered improv middle
- Slow, gentle
- Midtempo pulsing theme, into cool trade-off solos
- Spare duet improv, pleasantly popping melody
- Calm, not that slow, w/cool swaying theme
- Mid/fast but calm energy, a touch of chamber jazz
- Bright midtempo, with hand drums and a bass solo
