Modern jazz with lots of free ideas. Fronted by sax and trombone playing modern compositions: long, twisty lines in that Ornette Coleman kind of complexity. Jason Robinson on sax takes the spotlight often, going for the gutteral in many solos; Al Scholl on guitar often adds slashing, spattery noises to the background.

- Mid/fast. Dizzying overlapping lines. Nice sax solo.
- Perky horn lines, midtempo. Improv middle including some quiet zones. Then some fairly aggressive group work.
- Upbeat and even loungy. A flurry of a sax solo.
- Bass solo: Quiet, thoughtful, slow
- Buzzy quiet bass, into jumbly group "soloing." Soft end.
- Cool-handed. Restrained improv, building to declarative midtempo themes. Quiet finish.
- Mid/fast and snappy
- Stumbling theme with rock guitar + horns. Blazing sax solo; then sparse guitar followed by jazzy group work
