Dark-ambient & psychedelic noise from the guys in Neurosis. Lots of potential for a soundtrack. Although the main point is the mental images this can invoke. Great for late-night listening.
((((1)))) Dark ambience, piano & an often constant drone
(((((2)))) Deep space sounds. Similar to prime Tangerine Dream.
((((3)))) Creepy reverberations moving through one channel to the next and back again.
(((((4))))) Slowed down distorted guitar chords. All overwhelmed by “blurping” and “woobing”, often crunchy electronics/effects.
((((5))))) Sci-fi, other planetary oddness. Space is fucking dark!
((((6)))) Distorted noise loops & other random bits of tape effects jumps over & under.
(((7))) Loud, echoing played over & over. Kinda hypnotic but kinda annoying.
(((((8))))) Rumbling, harsh old-school industrial/noise. Perfect!
(((9))) Percussive, angular psych drone.
((((10))) Layers of fuzz, swirling fragments of audio glass with a pretty layer of classical in between.
