Haino and Yoshida two of Japan’s most prolific musicians (which has stiff competition from Merzbow). Both men throw down a bunch of wild guitar and drums improv pieces. The results are mixed but mostly interesting.

(((1))) Very disjointed, lots of tempo and structure changes.
((2)) Loose with insane squeaking/yelling. File under: “too fuckin weird to make any sense”
((((3))))) Jazzy, slinky, but not fitting neatly into one rythmn, pace or pattern.
((((3)))) Random tweaking of guitar effects, rolling blasts of drums &
evil, black metalish wails from Yoshida. Awesome!
((((4)))) Wild, demented, pieces and parts that connected then disconnect yet all are on the same track.
(((5))) Minimal jazzy, noodling and evil whispering/incantations in some unknown language (doesn’t sound Japanese more like evil black metal bats from hell).
((((6)))) More unbalanced, free-jazz, apeshittery. The equivalent of putting a positve and negative magnet side by side.
(((7))) Very heavy on the drums and for that alone it’s worth hearing the duo’s crazy time signatures.
(((8))) Minimal, sporatic, plucking of notes and pitter-patters of drums.
(((9))) Semi-aggressive, tech-improv, everything that might sound simple is actually much more complex.
