Mujician - There's No Going Back Now

Group improv that has elements of brash Cecil Taylor style free jazz integrated with more English-style abstractions. Unfortunately for radio the CD is one long track, but the improv is broken up into several distinct chunks for excerpting. Definitely worth checking out.

Starts fast and exploratory with wild sax and piano leading the way
-38:00 good break, quiets down for a long abstract section
-29:00 gets slightly, busier with running piano & sax
-26:00 Very quiet with brief spasms of sound
-20:00 Starts to build up again, with soaring sax and rumbling rhythm section
-16:30 Full band improv with driving jazzy rhythm
-13:30 Quiets down to jumpy spasms
-10:00 Start build to sweeping full group improv
-5:30 Fades down for a bass solo and then quietly disperses
