(This is actually Volume 3)
Very clean performance. A good fit, as elegant with Beethoven as Danial Barenboin is with Mozart. (More restrained than Richter). Some well known, some lesser known sonatas- with this performance and recording, listeners will enjoy them all.
1.Sprightly, bright
2.Stately
3.Light and lovely
4.Playful, then a little angry
5.Slow down start, speeds up
6.Medium depressed
7.Fast and lots of notes
8.Dramatic
9.Long, restrained, thoughtful (picks up for a bit in middle)
