Energetic free jazz, brash and intense, almost always busy. Features SoCal legend Vinny Golia on a variety of woodwinds (sax, clarinet, flute) and former Ornette Coleman sideman Bobby Bradford on trumpet. Great set -- play any track.
- Fast fluttering flute, after stumbly chamber intro
- Busy/plodding theme, into some brisk work. Jazzy, breezy clarinet solo
- Quiet and spare, with fast bursts
- Tough bowed bass solo, mid/fast. Relatively calm
- Slow, quiet, LOW sounds
- Bright and loose, fast
- Slow. Then, calm groove that heats up later
- Fast, with a bit more breathing room than 6
- Midtempo. Brash, but with sadly sunset feel.
