Improvised jazz with a three-horn quintet, including clarinet for a high end and bass trombone for low growls. No saxophone (!). Music has the air of free-jazz jams, lots of freedom. Good stuff, but as with all CIMP records, the volume levels are lower than usual, and the quiet stretches get REALLY quiet.

- Gradual. VERY quiet start into a lumbering improv. Quiet again at the halfway point (9 minutes). Then builds into an active jumble. Second half might make a good excerpt.
- Chipper. Starts in quiet pensive mode, building into a busy phase with lots of small, choppy sounds. Second half gets robust, including a bass solo.
- Nicely busy middle including some robust solos. Long quiet ending.
- Mid/fast jumble, quiets down after 3 minutes but keeps burbling over a catchy slow bassline: casual/easygoing attitude. Frenzied near the end.
- Fast horn scribbles, an active but spare start that works well. Then into fun, fast improv
