Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend

Instrumentals, interesting use of electronics, drum boxes, noise and noisey synths, yet it all comes across chill and cool, reminiscent of something more post-rock or trippy, along the lines of Do Make Say Think, Saqquara Dogs, Birdsongs of the Mesozoic. Something post-rock. Somehow familiar, like mid 90’s dream-pop, American Analog Set. Great stuff.

1) slow to build, mindful simple beat/percussion, minor keyed guitar arpeggio, cool and trippy, ends very chill with ~1 minute left
2) upbeat near-world rhythmic, then a rather noisey onslaught appears now and then, Saqquara Dogs’ish, ends very chill with ~1 minute left 3) slow sparse, builds slightly
4) slow to start but gets going, proggy, post-rockish
5) angular mechanical beat, guitar lick repeats, pretty
6) near indie rock feel, more accessable, songlike
7) familiar themes of the previous, longer, epic
