UK Punk from these guys who go waaay back to 1976. Chelsea was one of the “also rans” of the 70's Punk movement. Their line up at different times included Tony James and Billy Idol and overlapped with Generation X who guitarist/vocalist James Stevenson played for. A pretty solid album we have here. Never mind the age or "retro” factor–punk is an attitude and they still got it!

(((1))) Anthemic, mid-paced and fairly catchy but runs a bit too long.
((((2)))) Fast and melodic political number with an OK chorus.
(((((3))))) GREAT riff, uppity and energetic. Kick ass!
((((4)))) Chuggin’, mid-paced swaggery and sort of poppy. Rather good.
(((5))) Decent, heart draggin’ traditional rock ballad.
(((6))) Riffy, moody and with really good vocals.
(((7))) Tough riff, lotsa attitude but then the chorus annoyingly redundant. The idea of doing a song for a killer station like KXLU radio is great, though.
((((8)))) Swingin’ traditional rock n’ roll formula with a nice punky chorus.
(((((9))))) Catchy as hell, melodic punk about the genius of 7” singles. References the Buzzcocks, too. (“A spiral scratch gave me my llfe back”). Tops!
((10)) Slow and brooding to mid-pace regular rock with a very obvious Brit accent.
(((11))) Clash-like rocker with a very positive message. Silly chorus but otherwise good. Bloody hell, it’s a punk love song. Eh, why not!.
((((12)))) Classy and totally rockin’ n’ rollin’ riff. Punk circa ’77 meets the better side of AC/DC.
(((((13))))) (FCCs – mostly in the chorus “fuckin” sung once, “cunt” sung twice, “shit” sung once) Rippin’ punk bleedin’ rock! ‘Nuff said.
(((14))) Early 70’s “pub-rock” sound by way of 70’s hard rock soloing. (I think this is an Iggy cover)
