French rock/blues. Recorded live, so lots of applause, crowd noise, and comments en Francais. Some of it is suitably gritty and hard-edged, some a little too soft, but all sincere. He plays a pretty mean guitar and has an engaging, kinda growly voice. He’s no BB King, but he’s pretty good. Check out especially: CD 1: 1. Upbeat, guitar/harp/vocal jam. 2. Solid midtempo bounce w/chorus. 4. Upbeat with a classic rock ‘n’ roll sound. 5. Down/midtempo w/some good guitar. 6. Loud screaming guitars, an upbeat rock growl. 8.
