HAEMORRHAGE -"The Kill Sessions" CD (Emetic) Raw blurry lofi goregrind and death metal from SPAIN. The music is heavy and blurs into noise territory every once in a while. But they also have a few riffs and slower moments that aren't grind but death metal. The lyrics are mostly about surgeries, rotting body parts, etc. They even have a track about how a guy loves his job, because he's a pathologist. Think old CARCASS. My favorite part are the vocals which at times remind me of IMPALED and also seem to have a sense of humor like IMPALED. I also hear moments that remind me of IMPALED. They win for one of the better song titles of the year. "Decom-posers". This is a lofi recording. Most tracks sound the same. My favorite tracks were: **1, 3 (reminds me of IMPALED), 6, **7, **10 OK stuff. -mph |
