Folky guitar pop with an "outsider" feel. Stringy, spare guitars and shaky male vocals, often a downcast mood. It gets twangy, but it's not "country" -- there's a more exploratory air than that. You won't be hearing these guys on Prairie Home Companion (in fact, Hunter's worked with Devendra Banhart).

- Lightly charming
- Midtempo pop; jerky rhythm
- Twangy, slowish
- Mid/fast strumming
- Harplike, gentle, slow. "Ahhh" vocals.
- Spacey tones: Short interlude
- Folky finger picking, mid/fast. Slide guitar solo @ end
- Campfire group vocal, folky strumming
- Dark and lurking, mid/fast
- Small interlude
- Upbeat! Midtempo strum.
- Downcast indie rock, slowish clockwork beat.
- Swaying, sad midtempo
- Minor key mid/fast, staccato dark vocal
- *FCC* "full of shit" ... Echoey, drifting
