SILVER DAGGERS - "New High & Ord" CD (Load)
Part no wave and part punk. Male vocals (I think) that sound a lot like a woman, OK, that must be a woman singing a lot of the time. Saxophone which gives it a DOG FACED HERMANS feel/sound. Plenty of scratchy guitar, keyboards, saxophone, barked vocals and spazzy music. The band also shares a member of another LA band, MIKA MIKO. Reminds me a good bit of some of the HUGGY BEAR, ERASE ERRATA, and ESSENTIAL LOGIC.
