Percussionist Zabar along with Ernest Dawkins & Joseph Bowie ( Ethenic heritage Ensemble) conducts a 39 piece French Jazz Orchestra with a 19 man horn section. Arranged along with keyboardist Robert Irving ( Miles Davis)
***1: 5:19 low & mellow turntable/scratching intro., low JB funk chang-a -lang guitar, wailing sax, a good intro to what the rest of the CD is about. applause
****2: 24:42 balafon intro., cool cool rhythm bass with the big band doing the rhythm along with great solos, gets a bit low & soft at end, applause
3: 7:44 slow meditative intro with sax
4: 15:05 scratching & djembe percussion male rapping in French
****5: 16:22 cool cool rhythm, Rough & Raw Sax, great sound with the big band
