Wonderful exploration of the contemporary state of Spanish flemenco music featuring artists at the top of their game. You can’t go wrong with any track. This delivers flamenco in all its emotional flavors – from absolute exultation to pure misery. Damned good stuff.

*1. Driving guitar/bass/palmas/female vox. Lively & so cool.
*2. Hip, funky, upbeat w/horns/vox/chorus. This rocks!!!
3. A “Gpysy Kings” sound w/soaring male vox & great guitar.
4. Slow & fragile jazz piano then midtempo w/vocals. Then slow…
*5 Slow gutar/male vox. Very emotional & so sad.
6. Starts slow, picks up nice m/f vocals & solid guitar.
*7. Upbeat bullfight guitar w/great guitars/palmas/vocals going at it.
8. Husky-good female vocals backed by guitars/palmas. Mid/upbeat.
*9. Upbeat, modern, hip fem vox/funky band/ programming.
*10. Fast/mid street flamenco – guitar/palmas/vox/feet.
11. Mid/up guitar tour de force. Light perc.
12. Upbeat w/multiple women singing a lively flamenco tango.
*13. Solid guitar intro to soaring male vox – a wildly tragic ballad.
*14. Bouncy & playful w/a Cuban influence. Guit/vox/feet/palmas.
*15. Crazy fast w/whiny high vocals and a fiesta atmosphere. Ole!
