Blasts Of Holy Birth

Often slow, almost always subdued folky indie stuff. The vocals are often double tracks and the music has a bit of a hypnotic quality. This is a pretty good album.

long (10:11). harp with guitar and light drums. med-slow 6/8. nice slow swing feel.
starts with silence (about 0:20) med-slow. what sounds like sarod or some other indian instrument with guitar, tabla and doubled vocals.
long (8:10). slow. guitar and piano. cello later. nice, subdued vocals.
mid-tempo, w/ a walking feel.
at med-fast, one of the faster songs on the album. brushed, but driving drums. nice song with guitar, harp, vocals.
