Choro is a Brazilian musical style that has been called “tropical Dixieland.” Take some guitars, some light perc, a clarinet add a dash of swing and a hint of samba and you’ve got it. It’s wonderful, fun, and delicious and the clarinet is superb! This NYC-based band has lots of polish and the whole release is a true joy. No vocals. *1. Upbeat & charming. Great sax/strings blend. Yummy! 2. Relaxed & jazzy samba-sway w/a warm air & light touch. *3. Bright, upbeat and tripping. *4. It’s a sunny day with this warm, midtempo tune. 5. Slow & romantic w/delicate strings and a sweet nostalgia. 6. Sweet upbeat and stylish w/bright strings swaying along. 7. Downtempo slow dance with a lush, lyrical quality. *8.
