Amazing collection of 3 epic tracks encompassing ethereal doom metal more commonly known as “shoegazer metal” (see Jesu, Alcest, Amsouers). As often beautiful as it is heavy - working comfortably with the quiet and the loud. Nadja is the Canadian duo of Aidan Baker(guitars/vocals/piano/woodwinds & drums) & Leah Buckareff (bass/vocals). Baker’s been prolific on his own and with Nadja. Very talented and doing so much with so few notes.

((((((1)))))) Excellent, epic mix of ambient, psych and cyclical doom.
(((((2))))) Minimal piano and resonating bursts of doomy guitar and distortion. Other times very hazy to very harsh & noisy, like early Godflesh.
(((((3)))))) Sparse bass & noises, some minimal vox, gets SUPER heavy & doomy at 7:05 and never lets up.
