The Death Set Are a dance/punk crossover band from Baltimore, although they’re much better at the punk part then the dance part. Their songs usually consist of male or female melodic punk vocals, a repetitive and hard drum beat, a couple of beeps and blips, maybe a sample or so, and buzzsaw guitars. They’ve got a good sound, and are at their best when they keep the energy up and the songs short. Give it a whirl, no balls req’d.

FCC Tracks 3, 4, 13
Picks 10, 9, 5 15, 17

1* Robot Voice Saying ‘Solve It’
2** Singsongy female vox with electro beat and quick tempo and attitude.

5**** Synthy 46 second instrumental ditty with slower drum machine and playful buzzsaw guitars
6*** punk guitar line, drum machine beat, male indiscernible vox, catchy happy chorus.
7** Happy beepy number with boring drum machine pattern, handclaps, punky playful vocals that get kind of annoying for the chorus.
