Soundscapes of drone, doom and improv (?), jazz and prog. Plus a bunch of other random sounds. This is mostly the duo of Greg Anderson (Sunn o))), Goatsnake) & Gentry Densley (Iceburn). The results are mixed but generally interesting stuff here.

(((1))) Bubbling, slow doomish drone with feedbacking guitar and what sounds like oboe & some deep toned horns
(((2))) Jazzy with heavy, slow rumbling and kinda weird. Like the Thrones at their weirdest mixed with Mahavishnu Orchestra.
((((3)))) Airy, minimal guitars, slow tempo, obsessive vocals (like a straight forward Atilla Csair of Mayhem). Kinda strange but worthwhile.
((((4)))) Droning bagpipes or violin? Tribal percussion, then a super thick Sleep-like tone that just had to be lifted from the resin laden strings of Matt Pike. More woozy vocals & more fuzz n’ drone.
((((5)))) Slowly strummed & reverberating guitars, more obsessive vocals. Starts slow but builds into a more “normal” doomish metal thing. The chords are more reverbations/resonations than drones as they more often than not, play one after the other instead of let it ahem, “drone on”.
