Innovative minimal techno from well-respected German auteurs. Shows a lot of range; it's not surprising these guys are well-known in the club scene. The album takes a different approach from just merely slammin' beat tracks. Each song is distinct and there's some nice concepts at work. Try: 1,3,6,11,12.
1. Melodic piece w/ airy synths & glitchy effects
2. Moody piece, simple synth loops, darkly atmospheric
3. Got a bit of Western noir w/ a bit of twang
4. Starts minimal, goes into 80s new-wave synthpop sound
5. Like Blade Runner meets electro-pop ballad
6. Cheery electro-synth-pop - bubble-gummy-goodness
7. Broken-beat electro-pop w/ simple lyrics
8. Odd little piece - goofy and theatrical too
9. A nice little electro-pop love-song
10. Fun electro-disco song, playful
11. Has a sci-fi quality to it - synth pop w/ fun twists
12. Groovy bass warble & kind of funk-y tempo
13. Dubby electro-lounge w/ atmospheric quality
14. Ambient track w/ swirly-ness
