2 instrumental modern techno jams from the James Murphy (the DFA label head, not the ex-guitarist for Death, Testament) both mostly good despite the weird late 80’s sounding gloss underneath.
SIDE A/Kris Menace Re-Mix – Driving beat & tempo-based, techno. Builds up rather well but they should get rid of the cheesy 80’s “pomp rock” synths. Otherwise, pretty good stuff to space out to.
SIDE AA/Onastic Dub –
Medium paced, bubbling, modern electro-funk-dub.
Repetitive as hell but the simplicity makes it work rather well.
