RiYL: Guns & Roses, The Replacements, ZZ Top
Well composed hard rock songs. Lots of electric guitars. All of which are special, just like you. Band's sold 300,000 records since they started 20+ years ago. Weakness is the lyricist. He ain't no Axl Rose. DVD included.
1. (3:45) Deep voice male vox. Sounds like WNL at KZSU. No dynamics, no bridge, just straight-fwd loud rock n roll.
2. (3:01) More loudness, this time with a breakdown.
3. (3:21) Raspy shouting vocal, catchy hook, distorted guitars.
4. (4:11) Remember "The Replacements?" Sounds like the same singer and sound. Fuzzed guitar. Lead guitar solo for guitar hero. Breakdown.
5. (3:41) FCC "Fucked" ruins airplay for the best song yet.
6. (3:14) Upbeat boom chuck drums. A short bridge. Vocal has a nasal/wining/shouting tone.
7. (1:54) FCC "I'm a fuckin' genius" repeats.
8. * (3:16) Catchy w/ Les Paul power chords, bridge, solo. A mentos commercial.
9. ** (3:13) Slow acoustic jam w/harmonica touches and audible lyrics.
10. (4:16) ZZ top guitars with "singing". Guitar hero.
11. * (1:37) Faster w/ tempo change bridge. At least it's short. I like it all, man.
