Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend
Reviewed 2009-03-14
Electro rock with a disco edge a la Glass Candy, Peaches, Chicks on Speed. What electroclash evolved to? Sounds great, dark synth rock with fuzzy vocals and other nods to noise. Doesn’t veer into industrial or anything blatant.

1) slightly funky synth rock with dark vocal delivery
2) electro hipster disco, synth rock, medium paced, sexy
3) a simple pulsing beat with guitar and synths, feels more like a long song intro, and could certainly be if it were track written properly with following track
4) dark disco rock again, with vocals
5) same beat/tempo, a bit denser and almost industrial
6) same heavy beat, with “rock and theme” in chorus, cool stuff fer sure
7) slower swingy feel, with ultra cool noisey synth melodies
