Gothy synth-pop, 80’s feel, and good for what it is. Piano, synth, male vox overdubbed with itself and a little reverb on everything. Singing in English w/E Euro accent. Most tracks pretty short. Little doses of sad pop goodness. Sounds like a solo singer/keyboardist (w minor in guitar) home recording. +1. Piano & synth strings, mid-fast minor key +2.”And the snow keep rolliiiiinnnng down”. Some sweet guitar melody at end, like Wings (Paul McCartney’s band before Fireman) 3.Folk-psych. Ships… far and open sea… +4.Longer version of #3- really exactly the same but added pretty guitar solo in middle 5.Restless 6.slow, dull +7.slow, sad drama +8.hard to recognize, simplified cover of a Beatle tune ++9.Sunny clean electric guitar instrumental. Speeds up a little at end. +10.Wistful do-wop in an empty room 11. Shorter version of 10 w/vocals higher in mix, haunting piano end 12.Harpsichord cover of that Beatles song with a harpsichord. Synth at end. (I prefer the version on Big City Orchestra’s “Beatlerape”) 13.Short piano/synth instrumental, pretty, insubstantial +14. Happy farewell, midtempo and subdued |
