mellow improvisational Jazz violin, a hint of a World sound, First CD, Brooklyn based. Definetly a cool unigue sound. 1: 6:21 a Turkish clarinet, drum, guitar dirge intro then violin takes over on a cover of " Black Is the Color of My True Love's Hair" ****2: 4:33 fast upbeat violin, drum kit, percussion & bass. Very cool violin & tune 3: 8:49 tabla, Turkish clarinet, violin noodling, slower towards end with minimal vocals ***4: 2:25 violin noodling solo Go right into #5 5: 5:40 mid to faster, violin, bass, drum kit, clarinet 6: 5:31 mid to faster, guitar, bass, drum kit jam, great violin, bass, drum kit jam, cool percussion jam & faster towards end. ***7: 4:56 fast violin & Turkish clarinet, sort of Klezmer sound, very cool sound. 8: 6:12 slow, mellow straight ahead Jazz tune ****9: 5:29 very good alto sax/drum kit jam cover of "Scarborough Fair", mid to fast ***10: 1:48 haunting violin cover of "My Funny Valentine" 11: 5:31 mid to fast, violin, guitar, clarinet, bass & drum kit jam, mellow tune but soaring violin 12: 6:28 male vocal intro then nice jam, sax, guitar, wailing sax jam, then mellow at end. 13: 4:01 slow sultry sax with mild instrument chaos/noodling. 14: 3:12 rock rhythm section intro then rock violin, guitar, sax & bass. 2:54 end of music then 15 seconds talking band members.
