Super heavy, HARDCORE from Canada. Pissed off and killer all the way through. Works well with World Burns To Death, Wolfbrigade, Skitsystem & Pig Destroyer.
((((1)))) (FCC “fucking” said twice) Noise & distortion intro with some cool samples about the current fear state of politics/media/society.
(((((((2))))))) Furious scream and a MASSIVE burst and grindcore speed. Awesome!
(((((3))))) Fast & steady hardcore with anti-religious fevor: “Kill the sheperds/save the sheep” Hell yeah!
((((((4))))))) Bassy, totally rockin’ with a lot of fuzz and catchy, anthemic verses/choruses. Not far from World Burns to Death.
(((((5))))) (FCC “fucking” sung twice) Sludgy, in your face and a fist to the face of the music industry. Very repetitive but still good ending.
(((((6))))) Noisy, snarling, hornet’s drone guitars, good variation in the vocals/verses. Interesting lyrics about modern city life. “the architecture of isolation”.
((((7)))) Slow, sludgy instrumental interlude with stops/starts.
(((((8)))))) Doomy, desolate with a bit of that often used but still killer Jesus Lizard-ish twang.
(((((9))))) (FCC “Fucking” sung twice) Sample about fear, then blazing modern heavy hardcore.
((((((10))))))) Totally confrontational hardcore with lyrics about taking over the church for the good not greed.
((((11)))) Mellow but distorted & resonating strums. Not so much (*kack*) “post-metal” just laid back, fuzz & chords with a little variation. Ends with a voice sample
