Well played fingerstyle guitar (on 12-string?). Rooted, no out-there experimentation. Has repressed/restraint of early Fahey on some tracks, wandering melodies of later Lang on others. Acoustic guitar only, no vocals.
+1.Sounds like an arrangement of “Deep Ellum Blues”. Bassy
+2.Gentle, mid-slow. Would go good next to Hawaiian.
+3.Free-flowing. This one’s more like recent Koettke.
4.Stately Hawaiian. On the beach, before the drinks. (Ends a little early)
+5.Slow, resigned, but not unhappy.
+6.Full sound, open, mid-tempo, loose structure
7. Restrained beginning, old-style, like a grandpa telling a familiar story. Loosens, relaxes, opens up in the middle/end.
+8.Happy, lots of high notes ringing clear, good ending piece- though the end of this piece sounds more like a quick-fadeout than a true end.
