The Darlings/ Yeah I Know Fun indie twee power- pop full of emotion and classic ‘50’s -60’s doo-wop harmonies. Lot’s of catchy chorsus, explosions of an almost “old-school” sound. Really fun album. RIYD: Grand Archives, Little My, Strawberry Fair, Lo-Fi Culture Scene, Mandrew, A Smile and a Ribbon, FCC’s on 3, 4 ,5 none others that I detected Try: 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 1. ** sunny pop-rock fun, upbeat 2. **really catchy drumbeat and fun guitar melodies, funky tempo changes at times with bass make this quite unique 3. FCC really nice soaring guitar solo over driving drums low sparkling synth at times 4.FCC slower, very catchy fun explosions of guitar towards end 5. FCC very catchy, upbeat beginning percussion and guitar melodies keep beat in tune 6. ** synth opening fun melody, slower, lo-fi mellow 7. ** sunny surf-rock vibe synth melodies in middle 8. slower, simple guitar melodies blend of sound fun driving beat 9. **same kind of beat lo-fi rock catchy and nice melodies 10. feedback in opening explodes into mid-tempo simple driving chords and drums, less enunciated vocals | ||
