Latin jazz. Actually, it’s more like jazz in Portuguese w/not a huge amount of Latin flair. Good stuff. She’s a warm and sexy vocalist with an effortless style and a light touch. Her band has a warm, small club sound that provides just the right accompaniment. *1. Sweet, midtempo jazz w/ a sophisticated swing. 2. Relaxed w/a pleasing simplicity and a light, happy sound. *3. Downtempo romance, delicate vocals and a soft melody. *4. Relaxed w/a warm vocal duet. Very sweet & sophisticated. *5. Slow and sexy. Subtly cool work from the band. Yummy! 6. Downtempo w/a passionate longing. 7. Slow, late night sound w/a warm Brazilian air. 8. In English. Downtempo & sad but w/a thread of hope. *9. A light bossa touch gives this extra sunshine. 10.
