LAKE / Let’s Build a Roof|
Indie sunny dream pop with a subtle smoothness and whimsically raw vocals. Very Airy and Earthy sounding. Produced by Karl Blau, very natural sound without an overly “composed” sound, though don’t be fooled. These songs are very well-thought out. The sleepy sounding vocals by Eli Moore deliver catchy, yet complex songs. I really like this album. Similar to Camera Obscura, Marshmallow Coast, Julie Doiron, Architecture in Helsinki, Au Revoir Simone, No Kids.
FCC CLEAN! Try: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, (I really liked this album?)
