Another laid back lo-fi electro synth-pop revival record. Very similar to Washed Out, but w/ a greater 80s influence. RIYL: Washed Out, New Order, Notwist. 01. Instrumental intro, tone-setter (0:25) 02.**** Woozy twilight making-out-on-the-beach groove. Sublime. (4:03) 03.*** Terrific hypnot-pop instrumental (1:44) 04.*** Upbeat, almost an instrumental but for a few spare verses. (3:34) 05. Brief spacey instrumental (0:48) 06. Slower, less dancey electro-pop ballad. (3:21) 07. Slightly more traditional noise-pop structure (2:21) 08. 80s synth-pop slow jam a la Kajagoogoo (3:08) 09.** Infectious New Order beat w/ some less captivating vox.
