CHAMBER JAZZ – Here’s a unique, fun blend of jazz, classical, and funky music for flute, cello and bass. The members of Project Trio all come from classical backgrounds, but they know how to get down and have a good time here. Extra points for covering Guns n’ Roses on #10!

1. 3:36 – catchy strutting groove suggests hip-hop, flute beatboxing
2. 2:19 – funky sunny day stroll; short feel-good solos from everybody
3. 4:29 – chugging locomotive groove, a seamless mix of genres
4. 5:01 – Dave Brubeck classic, rendered tastefully and with agility
5. 2:44 – short medley: slow & moody / lyrical melancholy / speedy drive
6. 5:21 – sneering spoken-word groove about Brooklyn, hipsters and yuppies
